Mrs. Nora Villa is a refined expression of modern residential architecture, designed with a clear emphasis on minimalist form, material contrast, and spatial layering. The villa's composition is anchored by a bold, monolithic white volume that floats above a grounded base of natural stone, creating a striking visual balance between lightness and solidity. The design concept embraces privacy and light control, evident in the continuous horizontal window band that defines the upper mass—carefully recessed and shaded by an elegant metal frame. This feature allows natural light to penetrate the interior while preserving a sense of seclusion. The lower façade features rich textures, with stone cladding and vertical fins adding warmth and rhythm. Strategic lighting and curated landscaping soften the building’s modern edges, enhancing the sense of luxury and serenity. The entrance, framed by a recessed shaded zone and transparent glazing, invites openness while maintaining architectural discipline.
